OK, so I'm leaving for Disney World in the morning on an early flight. Just in case something horrible should happen to me I wanted to have a written record of my dying wishes so that they may be carried out accordingly if i should die.
GERARD ENGLAND's LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
First of all, as an executor of my will I wanted to name the friend I have known longer than anyone else and the one person I think would be most impartial with my possessions if I should be deceased. Therefore, I want Mark Stanczak to be the executor of my will and carry out all my wishes accordingly.
To Mark I will leave anything and everything that own that is, in any way, related to The Lord of the Rings. I also want Mark to have any Boy Scout related stuff or Boonton related stuff in my house.
To Michael Patrick Lenahan I leave all Star Wars Related Toys, Comics, and all other Memorabilia. I would also like Michael to give one of the eulogies at my funeral. He knows what to do.
To my cousin Nicholas Gargiulo I leave my whole DVD collection and my surround sound system.
To my cousin Steven I leave my Digital Piano and rights to all original story and script ideas I ever had. My last request to Steven is that he tries to produce the movies i had ideas for.
To my cousin Phill, I leave all my photo albums in the house and anything art-related in the house is his. My last request of him is to some-day make a comic book with me as a character in it. A Full-sized statue of me as my grave marker would be nice too.
To my cousin David, I leave everything G.I. Joe, Transformer, and Muppet related that i own.
To Alex, Dan, and John Paul DeStefano I leave my entire baseball card collection and all poker-related stuff.
To Aaron Winik I leave all football-related materials and all Jets related memorabilia.
To Robert Tarrant I leave my computer and the two huge speakers in my basement.
To John Ward I leave my car and my CD collection.
To my cousin Thomas I leave all video-game related stuff including the Asteroids machine in my basement.
To William Ezzo I leave all Dungeons and Dragons materials including my original maps and histories, and one day i expect Bill to write a novel based on those ideas.
To John Bihuniak I leave every book in my house. I would also like John to write a Eulogy for my funeral.
To my cousin Nicole I leave all recipes in my house and all the stuffed animals.
All Comic Books and Comic Book Related Memorabilia will be split up equally between Michael, David, and my cousin Jonathan Pontecorvo.
The remaining possessions should be given to anyone who asks for them. Mark should use impartial judgement in distributing them.
At my funeral, in addition to Eulogies given by John and Mike, I also want Mark and Nick to say something. I also want Ten Years Gone by Led Zeppelin and The Imperial March boh played during the funeral mass. Later, at the cemetary, I would like an instrumental version of Hero of the Day to be played by Alex DeStefano.
With some of the money that I have in my Bank Account I would like Mark to purchase a replica of Anduril the Flame of the West from the Lord of the Rings. When I am buried, I want the sword buried with me. Also I would like an unopened action figure of Yoda, Captain America, the Thing, Gandalf, and Superman all to be buried with me. Also one picture of every member of my family and every friend will be buried with me in my casket. Lastly, a picture of St. Gerard and a St. Gerard Medal will be placed in my casket before it is closed.
Finally, all the remaining money in my bank account is to be distributed equally between Steven, Thomas, Nicholas, Phillip, David, and Nicole.
